The appointment changes the board member responsible for administration and finance at CFL after about four years under Luzia Cravid, and brings in an official with more than 30 years at the Ministry of Transport.
The next step is the handover of the portfolio’s files from Cravid to André.
- Jacqueline Maria Coimbra André is the new board member for Administration and Finance at Caminho de Ferro de Luanda (CFL).
- André was appointed by Presidential Order.
- André was presented to CFL’s extended management board on 22 September 2026 at the Bungo multimodal station in Luanda.
- André replaces Luzia Cravid, who held the post for about four years and stepped down for personal reasons.
- André has worked at the Ministry of Transport for more than 30 years.
Jacqueline Maria Coimbra André has taken up the post of board member responsible for Administration and Finance at Caminho de Ferro de Luanda (CFL), following her appointment by Presidential Order. She was formally presented to the company’s extended management board on 22 September 2026 by the Secretary of State for Land Transport, Jorge Bengue Calumbo, at the new Bungo multimodal station in Luanda. André replaces Luzia Cravid.
André has worked at the Ministry of Transport (MINTRANS) for more than 30 years, including in its GEPE office and, most recently, in its General Secretariat.
