Kenya’s National Land Commission (NLC) has published deletions, a correction and additions to supplementary land acquisition notices for the Nairobi–Naivasha Standard Gauge Railway Phase 2A in Kajiado County.
Gazette Notices 15513 and 15514 appeared on 25 September 2026 and are dated 20 May 2026. The changes are made on behalf of Kenya Railways Corporation under the project’s existing acquisition process.
Notice 15513 deletes Ngong/Ngong/21721 and Ngong/Ngong/21722, lists a correction for Kajiado/Kitengela/76381 and adds Ngong/Ngong/111726 and Ngong/Ngong/111721.
Notice 15514 sets an inquiry for the latter three parcels at Scheme 6 Kandisi Chief’s Office on 19 November 2026, from 10.00 am. It will address the propriety of the proposed acquisition, compensation and other relevant issues.
The notice calls for written compensation claims and supporting documents on or before the inquiry day. Plans can be inspected during official working hours at the NLC’s Ardhi House office in Nairobi or its county coordinator’s office in Kajiado.
