Farmers In Lowveld To Benefit From Upgraded Rail Track

The National Railways of Zimbabwe (NRZ), together with other partners, has refurbished the Nandi-Mkwasine railway line in Chiredzi at a cost of more than $10 million. The refurbished 34.5km track will be commissioned at in Zone 3 Mkwasine on Wednesday 6 December 2017. The rehabilitation of the line is a result of a successful collaboration between the Government of Zimbabwe, the European Union which provided the bulk of the funding under the National Sugar Adaptation Trust (NSAT) through Canelan
