Grindrod has announced the appointment of Kwazi Mabaso as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 December 2025.
The appointment follows the company’s June announcement regarding the resignation of outgoing CEO, Xolani Mbambo.
Kwazi Mabaso steps into the role after a successful tenure as CEO of Grindrod Terminals, where he played a pivotal role in shaping and implementing several of the Group’s most strategic initiatives.
