Yapi Merkezi Chooses Frauscher For Track Vacancy Detection

The Tanzania Railway Corporation has commissioned the Turkish company Yapi Merkezi to implement a new railway line in the African country. The first of a total of five sections will cover some 205km. From Dar Es Salaam on the coast to Morogoro. Yapi chose the Frauscher Advanced Counter FAdC and the Wheel Sensor RSR180 for the planning of the track vacancy detection system.
