Togo’s Ministry of Road, Air and Rail Transport has set out the initial railway-focused consulting pipeline under the Logistics and Transport Services Improvement Programme (PASLT), covering the period July 2025 to December 2026.
While the broader programme addresses multimodal transport and logistics, the procurement plan identifies early-stage technical work directly linked to rail corridor performance, rolling stock rehabilitation and institutional reform.
