TMH Reinforces Its Presence In Europe With The Acquisition Of Dunakeszi Site In Hungary

TMH announces the closing of the transaction related to the acquisition of Dunakeszi Járműjavító Ltd (DJJ) rail business and industrial site. TMH Hungary Invest, a 50-50 joint venture between TMH International and Magyar Vagon Zrt Hungarian investment company, owns 90% of the shares in the DJJ business. It includes the plant and its 600-employee workforce. The management of DJJ is transferred to TMH Hungary-1, as project management organisation. The Sales & Purchase Agreement for 90% of shares
