ALBERTVILLE, ALA. – ECM S.p.A., a subsidiary of Progress Rail, a Caterpillar Company, and INC S.p.A., a subsidiary of FININC S.p.A. group, and a leader in the large infrastructure EPC sector in Italy, have signed the first turnkey project for modernizing the signalling system of a railway line in Albania.
