NEW BOLTS FOR ROYAL ALBERT BRIDGE

Around 50,000 new bolts will be used in a major scheme to restore the landmark Royal Albert bridge across the River Tamar near Plymouth, completed in 1859. The 10m improvement scheme will require nearly 2 million hours of work over the next two years to strengthen and repaint the structure. Around
