Strike Certificate Granted To Force Government To Rescue Passenger Rail Services In South Africa

The Steering Committee of the National Economic Development and Labour Council (Nedlac) has granted the Federation of Trade Unions of South Africa (FEDUSA) a strike certificate after the President of South Africa, declined to participate in a meeting of all the stakeholders. The meeting has been set to seek solutions to the national crisis faced by the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (Prasa).
