JESA will support Office National des Chemins de Fer (ONCF), Morocco’s national railway operator, with overall project management, schedule alignment among stakeholders, coordination of interfaces between trades and tracking of cost and budget performance across the works. The assignment also includes document management, BIM monitoring and compliance with environmental requirements linked to HQE certification.
The work is organised in two packages. The first covers the new LGV station at Casablanca’s Mohammed V Airport new terminal, Marrakech Guéliz station and the new station in Benguerir “Green City”, and the second covers the technical maintenance centres in Marrakech, Nouaceur and Fez. JESA will support ONCF in managing and steering construction activities in line with the master delivery schedule milestones of the LGV Extension programme.
JESA recently announced that they are bringing their project delivery expertise to the Kenitra–Marrakech high-speed rail programme, supporting Office National des Chemins de Fer (ONCF), Morocco’s national railway operator, in the delivery of new stations and rail maintenance centres.
According to the announcement, JESA will assist ONCF with overall project management, to ensure schedule alignment among all stakeholders, to coordinate interfaces between different trades, and to track cost and budget performance across the works.
The assignment also includes document management, BIM monitoring, and ensuring compliance with environmental requirements linked to HQE certification.
JESA says its management role of scheduling, steering, and coordinating (OPC) all construction work activities is a central component in delivering these infrastructure projects under two packages.
The first package covers the following rail stations: the LGV new station at Casablanca’s Mohammed V Airport new terminal, Marrakech Guéliz station, and the new station in Benguerir “Green City.”
The second package concerns the technical maintenance centres in Marrakech, Nouaceur, and Fez.
JESA’s teams will support ONCF in managing and steering construction activities, ensuring coordinated execution across these facilities in alignment with the LGV Extension programme’s master delivery schedule milestones.
JESA says the engagement reflects its continued role in developing infrastructure that strengthens connectivity between Morocco’s regions and underpins the long-term operation of its expanding rail network.
