The Société Nationale Industrielle et Minière (SNIM) has established a new subsidiary, EcoPart (Ecosystem Partners), to centralise and professionalise the management of its subcontracting activities.
The move aims to strengthen governance, ensure compliance with legal, social, and environmental standards, and enhance the overall efficiency of outsourced operations. EcoPart will focus on creating a structured and transparent framework for managing subcontractors while contributing to the growth of Mauritania’s industrial ecosystem.
Aligned with SNIM’s Strategic Business Plan (PSE), the initiative seeks to make subcontracting a driver of performance, compliance, and sustainable development, marking a key step toward a more responsible and competitive industrial environment.
