Société Nationale des Chemins de fer Français (SNCF), the French national railway, has set its sights on TGV expresses travelling routinely at 360km/h. SNCF President Anne-Marie ldrac wants to see further transfer of passengers from domestic air travel to rail without sacrificing safety or comfort.
