LUXURY TRAINS TO TIBET POSTPONED

Following unrest at the time of anti-establishment anniversary events, China banned visitors to Tibet in March 2008. Subsequently, restrictions were partially relaxed but travel figures lessened by almost 50% in nine months. The official Xinhua News Agency reported a 54% decrease in tourism revenues
