An 8.5km elevated urban railway is to be built in downtown Hanoi, capital of Vietnam. A construction contract worth $US84 million has been awarded to the Daelim Industrial Company of South Korea. Work on the project is to start in May and be completed in about 30 months. According to Daelim, quoted
