Polskie Koleje Panstwowe (PKP - the Polish State Railways) has selected China South's Zhuzhou - the lowest bidder - to supply 11 new electric locomotives. Other contenders included Siemens and Bombardier. The locomotives will be used on 160km/h push-pull trainsets using 37 coaches from Bombardier. T
