Chinese minister of railways Liu Zhijun has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Sheikh Hamdan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, minister of public works in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), furthering cooperation between the two countries in railway construction. Sheikh Hamdan was quoted saying that
