CHINA IN IRAN

China is signing a $US2.2 billion deal to build a new 580km railway from Tehran to Khosravi on the border with Iraq, passing through Arak, Hamedan and Kermanshah. China's railway minister Liu Zhijun is expected in Tehran to sign together with his Iranian counterpart Hamid Behbahani.
