Australia - An alliance of the South Australian Government Department of Planning, Transport, and Infrastructure (DPTI), McConnell Dowell, Arup and Mott MacDonald has been formed to design and construct a project to grade separate the Oaklands rail crossing on the Seaford train line, located approximately 13km south of Adelaide. The current level crossing generates congestion on the busy Morphett and Diagonal Roads, with boom gates down for approximately 25% of the peak traffic periods. Trains
