On Women’s Day, March 8, the Shift2Rail Joint Undertaking (S2R JU) announced the first edition of the ‘Women in Rail Research & Innovation Award’. With this initiative, S2R JU honours its commitment for gender equality as signatory of the Declaration to ensure equal opportunities for women and men in the transport sector.
