Seven-coach sets to become eight.

Hong Kong’s Mass Transit Railway (MTR) is to add an eighth coach to the seven-car sets running on its West Rail Line, to cope with a surge in passenger numbers. The move will cost HK$1 billion. Altogether 28 trains are to be converted.
