President of Rossiiskie Zheleznie Dorogi (RZhD – the Russian State Railway) Vladimir Yakunin visited Libyan Railways Chairman Said Mohammed Rashid on 5 December to inspect progress with building the new 554km Surt-Banghazi railway..
