		<description>well...is all words and no actions...i think from concenssion stages to actualisations of the project....the chinese should handle them...because no one trust this govt officials who parades themselves in abuja...they all they to loot the treasury no committed one among them...i just prayed the project is realised and managed by the chinese because nigerians lack maintainnance cultures in all its projects it has executed in the past.</description>
