Recruit: Rolling Stock Manager for Railway System of Zambia

The Railway System of Zambia wishes to recruit a Manager for its Rolling Stock Division located in Kabwe, Zambia.
Responsibilities:
The Rolling Stock Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the division’s rolling stock fleet and assets, this will include:
- Preparation, implementation and monitoring of annual work plan.
- Preparation, implementation and monitoring of annual budget.
He shall also be responsible for the management and development of the division’s workforce.
Reporting to Chief Technical and Logistics officer.
The successful candidate will have:
- An eng. or technician degree.
- Substantial relevant working experience – mainly with Locomotives.
Extensive travelling will be required.
