DRIVEN OFF THE ROAD

Posted on 02 October 2009

A letter published in the local press –

“People have had accidents that they would otherwise not have, deliveries are late, fuel is being wasted while thousands of vehicles stand and a sole front-end loader slowly reverses across a lane. Perhaps the authorities are hoping to drive us off the roads and into the Gautrain? The name ‘Shilowa’ Express seems to have died a politically correct death.”
