ANGOLAN RAIL UPGRADE PROGRESS

In the course of a meeting with members of parliament, Angolan transport minister Augusto Tomás announced that repairs to the Luanda-Malanje line will be completed before the end of 2009.
Rehabilitation of the Moçamedes and Benguela lines is scheduled to finish in 2010 and 2011 respectively.
